Dr Mitch Rosenberg Executive Chairman	Dr Mitch Rosenberg has a Masters of Science in Industrial Psychology and PhD in Psychology - Organisational Behaviour. He previously worked for large American banks such as Washington Mutual, Great Western Bank and American Savings Bank. Dr Rosenberg founded his own consulting firm M.M. Rosenberg & Associates and was engaged by AVS in August 2006 to provide consultancy services on organisational development to aide the Company’s strategy to grow its sleep diagnostic operations in the United States. Dr Rosenberg joined the AVS Board in January 2007, and was appointed Executive Chairman in September 2007. As Executive Chairman, Dr. Rosenberg has established a strategic vision for the company that is driven by obtaining a national footprint of sleep centres in order to maximize returns to shareholders.
Troy Shadian Non executive Director Chair of Acquisition Committee	Troy Shadian is a partner in Core Capital Investments, a private equity firm which has acquired over $100 million of hospitality sector businesses and commercial property since 2003. Previously, Mr Shadian was in the fixed income division of Morgan Stanley. He also has experience in underwriting debt and acquiring and managing real estate.
Geoff Garside Non executive Director Chair of Audit Committee	Geoff Garside is a FAICD, FCPA and FCIS, and has been employed with various international corporations including Amcor Limited, Pfizer Corporation and the Dalgety Group and is currently CEO of The Doctors Health Fund Limited,a national restricted access private health insurance fund. Geoff joined Avastra in November 2006, and was previously Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed IT Group, Sonnet Corporation. Mr Garside is the Chairman of Avastra's Audit Committee.
Dr George Steinfels Non executive Director	Dr. George Steinfels has over 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is currently Chief Operating Officer and EVP Clinical Development for Remegenix Inc.. His experience includes several years at Quintiles where he developed strategic plans to grow business units through acquisition of existing providers in a variety of targeted services. Dr. Steinfels has a PhD in pharmacology with previous experience in sleep research and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Mr Simon Mitchell Executive Director	Simon Mitchell has over 20 years experience as a manager, owner and investor in the healthcare industry. Most recently Simon was with the Queensland Investment Corporation as an Investment manager for two of QIC's biotech-focused venture capital funds. He has also worked for several international eyecare companies including a joint venture partnership with the Specsavers/Visionplus Group in the UK. He has an MBA majoring in new venture management and finance from the BGSB, a degree in Optometry from QUT and a broad interest in the provision of healthcare services and products.

Dr Steven G. Hull Chief Executive Officer	Dr Steven G. Hull, MD, FCCP, is Chief Executive Officer of Avastra. Dr Hull is a Board Certified Sleep Medicine Specialist, is nationally recognized as a leading researcher and lecturer in the sleep medicine field and has participated as an investigator in over 150 clinical trials. He continues to serve as President and Medical Director of Avastra’s Midwest hub and sits on the Accreditation Committee for the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and is the former CME Committee Chairman. Additionally, Dr. Hull has served as an Associate Editor for the journal “Sleep” and “The Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine”.
Dr Milt Erman Chief Medical Officer	Milton Erman, M.D is the Company's Chief Medical Officer and a member of the Executive Operating Committee. Dr Erman is board-certified in both Sleep Medicine and Psychiatry, with over 25 years of sleep medicine experience. He is a graduate of Columbia University and New York University School of Medicine, and completed residency training and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University. Dr Erman is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California San Diego. Immediately prior to joining Avastra Dr Erman was the President of Pacific Sleep Medicine, which was acquired by Avastra in November 2006.
Dr Daniel Rifkin Medical Director - East	Dr. Daniel Rifkin received his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in 1992 and trained in Neurology at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. He progressed to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for subspecialty fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology and sleep disorders medicine. In 2002 Dr. Rifkin established the Sleep Medicine Centers of Western New York and Florida, a successful private practice and clinical research practice in Sleep Medicine acquired by Avastra in October 2007.
Dr Yury Furman Medical Director	Dr Yury Furman has been actively involved in the sleep field since the early 1990's. He is a neurologist and is board-certified as a sleep specialist from the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Dr. Furman is actively involved in medical research in a field of Sleep Medicine and CNS disorders. Dr Furman's clinical interests and expertise are: narcolepsy, sleep apnea, parasomnias, Restless Leg Syndrome and pediatric sleep disorders. Dr. Furman served on the Health Policy and Government Relations Committee of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine..
